Physically check floor joists and sub floor to determine that there is no excessive deflection that could cause squeaking
Cut door jamb trim wherever possible to allow the backer board and tiles to slip under the wood trim for a more professional appearance
Install new ceramic tiles and grout complete (Note: Stone, marble, glass or other special type of tiles and or special designs, borders extra fee applies)
Install seam binders thresholds at floor transitions as needed
Reinstall existing or new customer supplied baseboard and or base shoe molding, caulk all gaps and nail holes
Walk-through inspection
Clean up job site and walk-through inspection
One year labor warranty
Note: A fine film of grout might remain after tiling is finished, this is part of a detail cleaning that is not included in this quote

Adhesive, tiles and grout, baseboard and base shoe molding, seam binder threshold if needed

Custome saves money by supplying as many materials, parts and fixtures as possible for the project per the
"Customer to supply" list above. Some additional technical materials may also be needed for your project that
we might need to supply. If needed, these materials are charged as follows: store bought materials are charged
based on store receipt plus 20% mark up and, depending on distance, a delivery charge. Truck stock items are
charged a 20% mark up with no delivery charge.
