Protecting Furniture: Furniture are covered with plastic or canvas drop cloths*
Prep: Normal surfaces are lightly scuffed/sanded for better paint adhesion, minor cracks and minimal number nail holes are spackled, repaired areas are primed
Painting: Apply paint with roller or brush depending on the surface, surfaces are painted to proper coverage and finish color, clean cut lines between walls and trim
Top grade caulk: Will use top grade polyurethane and elastomeric caulks where needed
Clean up job site: Floors and carpets are thoroughly swept and vacuumed, all garbage is removed, touch-up paint is labeled and left with customer
EPA Lead paint regulations: Homes build before 1978 are subject to EPA lead test performed by our company at no additional cost, homes that are found to have lead an additional cost may apply
One-Year Warranty: We have One-year warranty against peeling and blistering paint
Does Not Include: Washing off grease from surfaces, sealing smoke grease or water stains, repair stress or large cracks, filling multiple nail holes, if any of these extra services needed we will estimate the extra cost at time of job *Customer to remove all small furniture and breakables away from room and all heavy furniture away from working area into the middle of the room, furniture moving by us available upon request at an extra cost

Custome saves money by supplying as many materials, parts and fixtures as possible for the project per the
"Customer to supply" list above. Some additional technical materials may also be needed for your project that
we might need to supply. If needed, these materials are charged as follows: store bought materials are charged
based on store receipt plus 20% mark up and, depending on distance, a delivery charge. Truck stock items are
charged a 20% mark up with no delivery charge.
